World’s first Bitcoin Job Fair hits California in May

The Plug and Play Tech Center in Sunnyvale, California (United States), will soon host the first Bitcoin Job Fair. The event is scheduled for May 3rd and is expected to attract several hundred attendees.

The organisation of the job fair is being handled by Coinality, a platform where employers and job seekers can connect for job opportunities that pay in cryptocurrency, with the support of Andreas M. Antonopoulos.

Besides Blockchain.info’s chief security officer and Bitcoin enthusiast, the job fair will also be attended by other personalities like Dan Roseman and Greg Wexler, both from Coinality, or Scott Robinson, head of the Plug and Play Tech Center’s Bitcoin Accelerator program.

The job seekers, who can visit the event for free, will have the opportunity to connect with several employers such as BitPay, 37Coins, Kraken, BitGive, HolyTransaction, Purse.io, CryptoTrustPoint, BitWage.co, CounterParty.co, PrivateInternetAccess, XAPO, GoCoin, CoinTrust, CrowdCurity and Vaurum, among others.

The fair can be visited between 1pm and 5pm on May 3rd.
